All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

We ship exclusively with UPS to all U.S. addresses.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and your location. UPS standard delivery typically ranges from 1 to 7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress via the UPS website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. Ideal Nutrition is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@idealnutritionnow.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Photographic documentation may be required for claims involving damaged items.
