Products that do not meet your taste expectations are covered by our money-back guarantee of up to 100%. Refund requests under this guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or in an unfit condition, please contact us at support@idealnutritionnow.com within 30 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the affected product to assist with your claim and improve our packaging processes. Store credit may be issued for future use.

Refund or Credit Process

• Refunds or credits are issued at the discretion of our customer service team after reviewing your case.
• Refunds may be issued back to your original payment method, while credits will be applied as Ideal Nutrition store credit.
  

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns of food items.

Delivery Issues

• If an order is delayed or lost due to courier misdelivery, we will issue store credit to your account.
• Ideal Nutrition is not liable for packages undelivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
