Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us at support@idealnutritionnow.com. Our customer service team will review your case and, at their discretion, may issue a refund or provide store credit. Photographic documentation may be required for claims before issuing a credit. Products that fail to meet your taste expectations are covered by our money-back guarantee, up to 100%.

Refund requests under this guarantee must be submitted via email within 30 days of delivery. For products that arrive in an unfit condition, store credit may be issued for use on a future order. We kindly ask for photos of any product issues to help us enhance our packaging processes.

To ensure timely identification of defects, we encourage all customers to inspect and remove products from their shipping materials promptly upon delivery.

Additional Policy Details:

• Credit for orders lost or misdelivered by the courier will be issued as Ideal Nutrition store credit.
• Ideal Nutrition is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
• Order cancellations are subject to the discretion of our customer service team.
